All bracelets are made to order and finished by hand.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days (often sooner).
• All UK jewellery orders are sent First Class Tracked for speed and security.

UK Delivery

• £3 postage on orders under £40
• Free UK delivery on orders £40 and over

International Delivery

• International orders are charged at the carrier’s current shipping rate.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with what you receive — and we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan.

Returns are accepted if:

• an item is faulty,
• the product is not what was ordered, or
• there’s been a sizing mishap.

We’re all human.

If something isn’t right, just get in touch and we’ll sort it.

Sizing Adjustments

If a bracelet doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to adjust it.

As our jewellery is made by hand to your measurements, we ask that items are returned unworn and in original condition wherever possible.
